Ms. Smith is proud to call Central Ohio home. After moving to Columbus in 1996 to attend The Ohio State University, she quickly built deep roots in the community and has been a Buckeye at heart ever since. She earned her undergraduate degree in Sociology with a minor in Women’s Studies before going on to receive her law degree from Capital University Law School.

Over the course of her career; spanning roles in government, corporate, and private legal practice, Ms. Smith has remained committed to work that supports families and strengthens communities. Through The Law Office of Kierra L. Smith LLC, she brings that experience together to help individuals and families plan thoughtfully for the future, protect what they have built, and navigate important life transitions with confidence.

Ms. Smith believes that estate planning is not simply about documents; it is about creating security, clarity, and peace of mind for the people you care about most. She works closely with clients to provide practical guidance and personalized legal solutions tailored to their unique goals and circumstances.

Outside of her practice, Ms. Smith enjoys spending time with her family. She can often be found cheering from the sidelines of her daughters’ sporting events or exploring the trails of one of Central Ohio’s beautiful Metro Parks.
